Press ~ followed by, then to display a cheat option at the bottom of the menu (with "Load", "Save Options", "Leaderboards", etc.) labeled as "Cheats F3". Then, type " cht_bEnableCheats=1" and press to enable the first set of cheat options or " cht_bEnableCheats=2" to enable the second set of cheat options. While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window.
